6zz Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions in full before registering an account, playing games or using any service on the 6zz platform. By starting to use our services you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
General Introduction and Applicability
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 6zz platform and all related services. They form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the entity operating 6zz ("we" or "6zz").
By registering on the 6zz platform, logging in or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.2 Right to Amend Terms
6zz reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members through the platform. Continued use of our services after any change is considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
Account Registration and Usage Rules
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account and use services on 6zz, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
- Online betting and casino services must be lawful in the area where you reside.
- You must not have been previously banned from 6zz or had an account closed.
- You must place bets in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
- The information you provide must be complete, accurate and truthful.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one 6zz account. If the same individual holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name or the name of another family member — this will be considered a breach of these Terms. All associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) secure. Do not share this information with any third party. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 6zz support team immediately.
Use a strong password and change it regularly for maximum security. Always log out after using a public or shared device. Our Privacy Policy contains full details of how your information is kept secure.
2.4 Identity Verification
6zz reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the 6zz platform is ৳100. The following methods are accepted for deposits:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks)
Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts or credit cards will be rejected.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The available withdrawal methods are:

- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank Transfer
A withdrawal request may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed, active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or a security check is required.
3.3 Account Balance
Funds held in your 6zz account do not earn any interest or profit. 6zz maintains member funds separately and does not use them for company operating expenses. You may withdraw your balance at any time, though wagering requirements will apply where an active bonus is in use.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus you must complete wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
The bonus is a valuable benefit, but it is not direct cash — the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the specified conditions are met. The same person cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games or game categories.
- Each bonus has its own expiry date — unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
- If any misuse or fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
6zz's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback, calculated as a set percentage of that week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings):
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Example: a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Benefits increase as your membership tier rises. Full details of the 6zz VIP Program are available on a separate page.
Gaming and Betting Specific Rules
5.1 Results and Payouts
All game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or via a live studio. 6zz does not and cannot manipulate game results. Winning bets are paid out according to the applicable multiplier. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 6zz will review the bet and make a decision on the outcome.
5.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market and are visible in the game interface. 6zz reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any member, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating artificial betting patterns in order to exploit the bonus system.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
- Using software, bots or automation tools to operate games.
- Logging in using another member's account credentials.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
Data Privacy and Security
6.1 Data Collection and Use

6.2 Data Protection
6zz uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard technologies to protect your personal and financial information. However, complete security over the internet cannot be guaranteed. You are therefore also responsible for keeping your own devices and network secure.
Responsible Gaming and Setting Limits
7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment
6zz believes that gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We actively encourage members to play responsibly. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for yourself. You may also request a temporary account break or self-exclusion for a specified period if needed.

7.2 Protection of Minors
Use of 6zz by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If a minor is suspected of having opened an account, 6zz will close that account immediately and begin the process of returning any deposited funds. If there are children or teenagers in your household, the use of parental control software is recommended.
Account Suspension and Closure Rules
8.1 Account Closure by 6zz
6zz may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Registration using false or incorrect information.
- Fraudulent activity or system abuse.
- Failure to complete identity verification or lack of cooperation.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Registration by a minor.
What happens to the balance after account closure depends on the reason for closure. In cases of a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
8.2 Account Closure by the Member
You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the 6zz support team via live chat or email. Any active bonuses or unsettled bets must be resolved before the closure request is processed. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the pre-designated method.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
9.1 How to Submit a Complaint
If you have a problem or complaint, first contact 6zz's 24/7 live chat or email support. The support team provides assistance in both Bangla and English. When submitting a complaint, provide your username, relevant transaction details and a full description of the issue.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Policy
6zz aims to resolve all disputes fairly and impartially. In disputes concerning game outcomes, server-side logs will be treated as the final evidence. If a technical error is confirmed, the affected member will be compensated. If you are not satisfied with 6zz's final decision, you may seek redress under applicable Bangladeshi law.
Limitation of Liability and Miscellaneous
10.1 Service Continuity
6zz always aims to ensure uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. 6zz is not liable for indirect losses arising from such disruptions. If service is interrupted, active bets will be settled based on stored logs.
10.2 Third-Party Software
6zz uses software from various game providers. If a fault occurs in that software, 6zz will work to resolve it promptly; however, 6zz cannot accept full liability for issues caused by third-party software. We will contact the relevant game provider as soon as a problem is identified.
10.3 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Bangla versions of these Terms, the Bangla version shall prevail.
10.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 6zz and the member and supersede any prior oral or written understandings. By using our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
